MNP SP25 Powerful Solar WATERFALL Pond Pump Kit 647 Gallons Per Hour with MAX HEAD 6 Feet. This is a solar pump. There is no battery or battery option. It only works when the sun is shining. Complete 25W single panel solar power kit includes 5 meters of plastic tubing (about 16 feet) of hose to connect pump to waterfall or filter box.
The box this kit comes in weighs about 16 pounds. Pump weighs over 5 pounds without the lead. Please see the pictures to give you a n idea how large it is. It will not work in a small water feature like a statue as the water resevoir will be too small to supply the pump.Please note that the max head is 6 feet so your waterfall should not be much higher than three feet from the surface of the pond (not where the pump is located) to the highest point of the waterfall. This is a great pump for people with no power source available or to add a waterfall or filter system to an existing pond set up.
Has a dry cut out feature. Two sensors on the pump have to be submerged for it to work. Has locked rotor protection that prevents the pump from failure due to debris blocking the pump. This is a robust reliable quality product.
